Healthcare Communication Tool
Problem: immigrants and older adults often struggle to communicate symptoms clearly to clinicians due to language and health-literacy gaps. Designing a multilingual symptom-prep tool that captures patient concerns, transcribes them, and generates clinician-friendly medical summaries.
